Android App not working after last update

After updating the Spotify app last night on my Samsung J7 (running Android 7.0) the app started on crashing every time I tried running it. 

It will open on my Home but won't load anything, it freezes and after several minutes a message will pop up telling my the App has crashed and asking me to close it. 

I tried wiping the cache and the saved data, uninstall and reinstalling. Nothing worked!

That's not cool! Could you let me know your Spotify, OS and device versions? Also, could you try to use Spotify with a different connection? Let me know! 🙂

Hi! I'm using a Samsung J7 phone running Android 7.0 and Spotify version 8.4.28.875. I've tried several WiFi networks and 4G and but app won't work.

Could you try to reinstall the app with these steps? Also, did this start happening after a specific update or event? Let me know! 🙂
