[Android][Bluetooth] Metadata is not transmitted

Description:

When using Spotify on an Android device to play over bluetooth, some third-party devices don't receive metada (track, artist, album info, etc. is not displayed on third-party device)

Additional information:

We're collecting information about which specific devices are not receiving metadata. If your device is affected, please reply and provide as much information as possible.

Not working on my Samsung S4 with Android v4.3.

There is no way to edit post so ...
Here is an update.

On 4.3 it seems to work again, BUT, it only display the title of the first song played.
It never update after song changes.

Volvo V70, modellyear 2014 with latest bluetooth version from Volvo.

The screen in the car only says "Streaming" and no artis or track info.

The default music player from Samsung works and for info I have tried Deezer and it works fine there with all info.

I will try my wifes Sony Xperia Z with Android 4.3 and see if that works.

Metadata starts to work sometimes when I first start playing a song in Google Play Music and then switch to spotify App. But track time wont work with spotify.

I can't see meta data in my new Audi A6 2014 when playing from Samsung Galaxy S4 but when I use Iphone 5 there is no problem too see the meta data, why?

I have exactly the same problem in Volvo V60 -14, VW Golf -14 the problem is only when playing from Andoid phone, when playing from Iphone everything works perfekt! 

Is there anythong I can do or is Spotify working with the problem?

Spotify for Android (Latest version, don't have the phone on me since I stopped using it because of this issue)

I'm connecting to my Pioneer Avic Z150BH via Bluetooth and metadata from Spotify will not appear on the head unit. If I play music through the native music player then I see meta data, but not with Spotify.
