[Android] Low volume levels

Description:

Volume levels lower than normal starting with the 3.0.0.1118 update. 

Users have tested the following: To reproduce:

• • Tried using Equalizer 
  •  Set Quality to Extreme Quality
  •  Tried changing equalizer settings 
  •  Played the same track on max Quality on Spotify

The Rdio App at same volume is much louder. So it is only Spotify with low volume.

fica horrível de uma faixa para outra.......precisa melhorar
