[Android] Troubles opening the 2019 Wrapped banner in the app

I'm trying to open the 2019 Wrapped on Spotify app but it does not open. Is that issue has something to do with the app or my phone? Thank you.

I have the same issue on my Huawei Mate 20 Pro. Tapping the button works but there is no response.

Could you try a quick clean reinstall of the app following these steps?

I reinstalled the app but was fixed by cleaning up the phone thru Optimizer and removing junk files, thus I already accessed The 2019 Wrapped. Thanks for the help!

I have the same issue on my Huawei Mate 10. There is no response upon tapping the banner. I reinstalled, repowered by phone, but the same issue persists.

I try to run my retrospective, but it doesn't respond to, everything else is working fine, but this feature, already reset my phone, close the app, clean cache memory, but it persists.

Same thing here. I click the retrospective button amd nothing happens.. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+.
