[Android] Troubles opening the 2019 Wrapped banner in the app

I'm trying to open the 2019 Wrapped on Spotify app but it does not open. Is that issue has something to do with the app or my phone? Thank you.

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this issue.

We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed for everyone!

Just make sure to perform a clean reinstall and you should be good to go.

Delete the cashe, try it before every thing elese. it works, for most people, when you touch the banner  if not, try wathever suggested.

I just did a factory reset of my Pixel 3.
With my device and Spotify completely up to date, the banner has all together disappeared.

I guess if it's broke, just remove it right?

Thanks for your patience so far!

 

Our tech teams have done their magic backstage - could you give it another try and let us know if this is fixed for you?

 

You should be able to find the Wrapped 2019 banner either on top of Home, or after clicking the Wrapped 2019 tab on Search.

 

Make sure to restart the app and your device if that doesn't do the trick. You can also try a thorough reinstallation of the app with these steps

 

Keep in mind that you can always use https://www.spotify.com/wrapped/ if you're having troubles.

it still does not work. not on my phone, not on my laptop and not with the link. i once again cleared my cache and did a forced stop before trying. 

when i click on the link it says https://open.spotify.com/genre/2019-page?ineligibilityReason=ineligible.keep_listening
