[Android] Troubles opening the 2019 Wrapped banner in the app

I'm trying to open the 2019 Wrapped on Spotify app but it does not open. Is that issue has something to do with the app or my phone? Thank you.

• I cleared the app data and reinstalled, but it still won't respond when I click on the Wrapped banner

When I try to open the wrap-up, following text appears:

(English: "Oh. Something doesn't seem to work. We're sorry. We're working on a solution. Please try again later.")

It worked fine now, I've done nothing to it, very odd.

It works now... updating the app was the solution!

Fixed it by restarting device

My wrapped 2019 won't even show up in the app on my phone (android), the app on my computer, in chrome (also incognito) and in internet explorer. When I try to open wrapped in a browser (phone or computer) the links says ineligible. I cleaned the cache, I reinstalled the app on my phone, restarted my phone an even did a "log out on all devices". Nothing seems to be working. Even though I did get an email saying my wrapped was ready and I've been a premium costumer for years.. I don't even get the banner to click on.
