I also have this issue, and am unable to see my 2019 wrapped on Desktop, either. I've tried on Chrome and FF, and tried on incognito/private browsing. On desktop; I have two scenarios: - If I am automatically logged in, I am redirected to https://www.spotify.com/en-ca/wrapped where I can click on "LET'S DO IT" and it will show "Hmmm something's not working, so sorry about that. We'll work on it and please try again soon"
- If I am asked to login, after logging in through Facebook it will redirect me to https://www.spotify.com/ca-en/wrapped/?auth=redirect#_=_ which shows "2010" but the graphic does not play (usually it shows each year of the decade in fancy colors on a pink backdrop)
I've tried restarting my phone, but it didn't fix it. I would like to avoid reinstalling the app as I have many downloaded albums and playlists, and don't want to find & download them all again. It seems like an account authentication issue and not a browser or device issue, though...
Same for me! The banner is there but when I press it nothing happens. Even happens if I try to go through chrome. I have tried restarting my phone and trying on an older phone but the version of spotify in there isn't good enough I think.
Hey folks,
Thanks for your patience while we looked into this issue.
We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed for everyone!
Just make sure to perform a clean reinstall and you should be good to go.
Thanks! Take care 🙂
