App crashes when trying to play tracks from Liked Songs

We've received reports from Android users that the Spotify app closes immediately after trying to play a song from the Liked Songs playlist.

This is being investigated.

I have tried clean reinstalling the app multiple times, and restarting the phone

It crashes everytime I try to select from liked songs. Cleared cache, uninstalled, restarted device- none of it worked.

Exactly the same for me. Have cleared cache and reinstalled but problem still there. When trying to play song from Liked Song list the app crashes instantly.

Running latest Android on a Samsung S21.

The same thing is happening to me 😭 I also tried restarting and uninstalling and its still broken.

Same issue on Galaxy S20 FE. Cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled. App still crashes when trying to play song from liked songs list

Edit: after redownloading the Liked Songs, I'm no longer getting crashes when selecting a song

Mine keeps crashing when I tap on any of my liked songs... tried clearing cache, reinstalling, etc. Nothing. There's a bug 😞
