App not working on UE65KS7005

Spotify does not start anymore on my UE65KS7005 from late 2016 (tizen). It has been working until I tried it today after not using it for a few weeks. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Restarting tv of course. Everything else is fine except the spotify app.

Hey @Schiznit, welcome to the Community!

 

Can you give us a bit more info on what's going on when you try using Spotify on your TV? If you're getting an error message, a picture of the error would be super helpful.

 

We'll see what we can suggest once we have this info.
