Artist pages not loading on desktop

Hey folks,

We're receiving some reports about artist pages not loading on Desktop and Web Player. This is currently being investigated by the internal teams.

We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed for everyone! Just make sure your app and browser are updated to the latest version.

Artist pages not loading on the PC web, same thing on another browser and different artists, podcasts and albums load fine. On the android app nothing has loaded for months.

It doesn't load on the Web Player either.

I have info for you. All playlists load, the queue doesn't load and all podcasts load. The profile page doesn't load either. I think it is only the artists pages that don't load.

Thanks for reporting this issue to us.

 

We've passed your info on to the relevant team and they have already rolled out a fix for this issue, so it should be working by now.

 

If you still have this issue, we'd recommend clearing the cache of your browser/app and try again.

 

In case you're still having the issue, make sure to provide us with the following info, if you haven't already:

 

  • Device + OS version
  • Exact Spotify version

@OscarDC I am on Google ChromeOS version 103.0.5060.132. I don't know how to figure out my exact spotify version.
