Artist verification problem

Hi there! I need help for verifying my artist page. I filled in the module for verification. All was ok, the blue tick appeared on my artist page. So I tried to access in fan insights. I filled in the module, but the blue tick disappeared in my artist page, and appeared on my account page, and my username was modified with the name of my band! Why? What did I do wrong?

Hey @MickiBlindur_89,

 

Can you send me a link to your profile and artist page so I can check how it looks on my end?

 

When you become a verified artist, the user profile display name changes to the name of the artist page and a blue tick will be added to it as well.

We've double checked things backstage and your account should now be showing the blue tick and verification. Just to check, is this showing on your end now? If not, it may be worth logging out, quitting the app, and then logging back in.
