Audio Glitches During Crossfade on iPad

As of yesterday, I have been noticing audio glitches during crossfading.  It’s something like a pop or a click, and it always happens either at the very beginning of the crossfade or at the very end of the crossfade.  It can be especially loud after a song that is over ten minutes long.  This is a very annoying glitch and it takes away the enjoyment of listening to music on Spotify somewhat.

If you're new to this thread, we'd recommend trying a clean reinstall of the app on your device by following the steps here.

 

If after that you’re still having trouble with this, make sure you add your +VOTE, subscribe and comment with the following info:

  • device + OS version
  • exact Spotify version

We will pass the info on to the relevant team, who will look further into it.
