Autoplay not working

¡Hola!, yo recientemente tengo un detalle no muy peculiar a los que he tenido y afortunadamente he solucionado, es que actualmente tengo con la App consiste en que no reproduce Ninfa música tanto las que tengo y no tengo descargadas, ni se reproduce ya que también se nota que no avanza ni un segundo de la música.

Same issue,

 

I have a premium membership, in the US, using a Samsung TAB A7 , running Android 11, Spotify Version 8.6.44.851. After 1 or two songs, the screen locked by this point, once I logged back into the device it started playing automatically.

Whatever fix was applied in the latest update does work, but it is very sporadic. Sometimes autoplay works and sometimes not which is very frustrating.

I need help for a non tech woman - me.

My Spotify play keeps stoping. When I am on or offline, cellular, etc., It's beyond frustrating. What's more frustrating is reading comment, suggestions, chats, etc., The problem persists and no one to actually talk to about solving this is incredibly negative.  

Can you provide a human to call that can guide me and resolve this issue.

I have same issue as well, goes to start of the playlist rather than autoplay.

Hey folks,

 

Could you update your Spotify to the latest version. You can follow the instructions here to do a clean reinstall of the app. This will assure you're running the latest version.

 

Let us know if you're experiencing the issue after that.

I've tried all the suggested solutions and nothing has worked. It's been months since it's worked and my brother, who also has a Samsung S9+, is running into the same issue.

Update:

Autoplay does work most of the time, BUT only most of the time while in the
car.
Sometimes, in the car, it switches back to a previous mix, or starts
playing garbage I would never listen to, or noise I've specifically chosen
never to mix.

It does not work while streaming at home on the television/EC.

It does not work standalone on my device.

It simply plays the current song and stops.
