BMW Connected Drive - Driving Saftey Dismiss Messgae

Ok so I have Spotify premium version 6.8.0.3786 and a UK BMW 435d Msport.

Spotify has worked amazingly well for about a month but recently I have come across and annoying and potentially dangerous problem.

In the UK we have unfortunately had a spate of fatal road accidents whereby people have been driving whilst using their phone. The UK has responded by implementing awesome awareness canpaigns and a brill crack down.

When I now play Spotify via connected drive everything works fine for about 5minutes then Spotify works out I'm in a car and moving, ceases playback and throws a screw to say don't use Spotify whilst driving (which is irrelevant using connected idrive.)

I then have to pull over and dismiss the message. I am sure however other people may well be actually picking up those phone to dismiss this message whilst driving therefore defeating the very object in the first place.

Can we please have a less annoying and more sensible effective solution ASAP!

Same here, it is so annoying and opposite to any rational safety measure!

I drive BMW 7 2016, with BMWConnected App. iPhone 7, 

and no, Spotify is the only app does that.

Same here, 2013 328i and the “dismiss” comes up after a few minutes which makes no sense as I have to LOOK at the phone while driving if I eant to dismiss.  Help would be appreciated...   thanks
