Hi, I have a musicsystem Bang&Olufsen Beosound 5 (not a TV!!!). I have heard that the SPOTIFY-app will be removed from this musicsystem. WHEN will this happen?

As we look to improve the overall Spotify experience, we are removing the app from [Philips TVs / Sony TVs / Netgear TVs / Boxee TVs / Western Digital TVs / Bang & Olufsen TVs]. There's more info here.
If you're having any troubles using your Bang&Olufsen sound system, let us know a little bit more about what's happening exactly. We'll see what we can suggest.

Hi, we have The same problems with Spotify on beosound 5 as well. First it did not work with playlists. Now it says my username or passord is incorrect, wich IT is not. This is a soundsystem, not a TV.

Can you restart your Beosound 5 and let us know if you get the same issue? We'd recommend changing your password here to see if it helps.
