My Question or Issue

 Hello everyone.
I apologize in advance for not perfect English.
In any case, for a few days, I systematically find an error in the page "browse" of spotify (the page that is shown at the opening).

The error reported says "there was an error in displaying this page", and under "this page does not exist or an error occurred" (see the screen attached, in italian).

I tried several times to uninstall spotify and reinstall it, and at the first opening, after login, the page "browse" is shown correctly, then once I close the application and reopen the error appears again.

I have no idea what the problem may be...

Can someone kindly help me?

Thank you in advance.

Here's some nuts stuff: Browse is NOT working on the latest Spotify version on my iMac but is working just fine on the previous version on my MacBook running iOS and the latest version for Windows on my MacBook.

Version/OS/Devices:

1.0.92.390.g2ce5ec7d on Late 2012 iMac running Mojave 10.14.01, used at home with very adequate net speeds. Browse NOT working and displaying "There Was a Problem Displaying This Page". All other screens working.

1.0.92.390.g2ce5ec7d (Windows Store version) on Late 2012 MacBook running Windows 10 Version 1803, OS build 17134.345 , used at home with very adequate net speeds. Browse is working.

1.0.89.313.g34a58dea on Late 2012 MacBook running High Sierra 10.13.6, used at home with very adequate net speeds. Browse is working.

Edit: Also, why the heck is my uploaded screen shot landing in the middle of my post with no way to move it?

Ok, deleting everything inside abba.json (located at -  "  :\Users\*user*\AppData\Local\Spotify\Users\*username*\") and making it Read-only fixed the issue.

Hi, I have the same issue. Happened to me just yesterday. I already took some of these steps:

  1. Re-installed the App
  2. Clear the cache
  3. Connect to another network
  4. Check firewall, etc.

I am using:

  1. Spotify 1.0.92.390.g2ce5ec7d (PREMIUM)
  2. MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6
