My Question or Issue

 Hello everyone.
I apologize in advance for not perfect English.
In any case, for a few days, I systematically find an error in the page "browse" of spotify (the page that is shown at the opening).

The error reported says "there was an error in displaying this page", and under "this page does not exist or an error occurred" (see the screen attached, in italian).

I tried several times to uninstall spotify and reinstall it, and at the first opening, after login, the page "browse" is shown correctly, then once I close the application and reopen the error appears again.

I have no idea what the problem may be...

Can someone kindly help me?

Thank you in advance.

Might have found the offending item in the abba.json file:

{"featureName": "hm-over-http-all-v1","cell": "1"}

Removal of this stanza allows the application to work, having it in breaks Browse, Podcast and Video.  Not sure what this flag is doing, but it seems to be the thing breaking those pages.  Anyone else that's comfortable editing the file care to give it a try and see if this works?

 I can confirm, that this solved it for me.

(I found the abba.json file in "C:\Users\-windows.username-\AppData\Local\Packages\SpotifyAB.SpotifyMusic_zpdnekdrzrea0\LocalState\Spotify\Users\spotify-username-user\abba.json" on my windows 10 machine.)

EDIT:

Unfortunately after restarting Spotify again, the problem is back! 😞

 Yeah, it rewrites the file every time unless you change the permissions to read-only after editing out that stanza.  My thought in finding it was to help focus the developers on what it breaks so they can find and fix it...

same error for me.. please fixed it, it is very disturbing.Screenshot_1.png

 I'm having the same problem as everyone else with the "There was a problem displaying this page" error message. I typically use the browse page because I go to the genre section. Since the browse page is not working, I searched for "study" and was able to find the Study genre but when I selected it, I received the error message again.
