 Hello everyone.
I apologize in advance for not perfect English.
In any case, for a few days, I systematically find an error in the page "browse" of spotify (the page that is shown at the opening).

The error reported says "there was an error in displaying this page", and under "this page does not exist or an error occurred" (see the screen attached, in italian).

I tried several times to uninstall spotify and reinstall it, and at the first opening, after login, the page "browse" is shown correctly, then once I close the application and reopen the error appears again.

I have no idea what the problem may be...

Can someone kindly help me?

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Whenever I try to get in the browser tab I always get that message. I've already tried to reinstall both the Microsoft Store version and the Windows App one but nothing worked.

Hi Luke, i tried restarting the system and reinstalling the app with no luck. The app i download from the website right now works well (v 1.0.92.390.g2ce5ec7d), but when i update to the latest version 1.0.93.242.gc2341a27 within the app itself, the problem shows up again.

I have logged out, logged in, uninstalled, reinstalled the application but I keep getting the "There was a problem displaying this page" on the Browse page. Please help. Super frustrating and almost want to refund my money.

I have the same issue. I have followed the steps described by Luke but cannot get the browse page to stop displaying the error. I can access the Artists, Songs, and Albums pages though.

Yeh I'm having the same issue and its been like that for a couple of days. Weird. Hope it gets fixed asap.
