HI,

¿CAN ANYONE HELP ME HOW TO BE ABLE TO EXPLORE AGAIN SPOTIFY CHARTS, ALTHOUGH I HAVE SPOTIFY PREMIUM FOR FAMILY?

When I try to explore de charts, it says that "a problem has occurred" and that it´s "nonexistent".

It only happens for the charts of global and viral hits.

Hey @jaygarces!

 

That's not alright! Could you follow these steps:

 

  1. Close Spotify
  2. Head to: 'C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Spotify\'
  3. Delete the Storage folder

Do charts work after that? Let me know.

Im sorry but what do you mean by "Head to"? Where is that?

Im a poet and not very good at this kind of things...
