Can someone fix 'This Is My Time?' by Raven-Symone?

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right section, but Raven's album, 'This Is My Time'has been making weird noises for select songs for a long time now. Can anyone please fix this?

Yes nine of the tracks still aren't playing. I'm in the united States.

Songs from 'Alice' (which is the 6th song) down to 'This Is My Time' (which is the 13th song) are not playing. They're making a weird noise. I tried on my computer and on my phone and neither works.
