Hey @Arvion!

Thanks for getting in touch with the Spotify Community. We'd like to help.

Can you let us know what device you're using?

Also, please follow these steps:

  • Check that your router allows Spotify in- and outbound and your firewall software allows Spotify in- and outbound.
Check that Windows (if applicable) firewall allows Spotify in- and outbound
  • If you have any anti-virus, anti-hack or any other anti-software installed, try to temporarily disable it, just long enough to test your Spotify issue.

Let us know how it goes or if you have any questions. We'll be here for you.

Thanks for getting back to us with that info @Arvion!

In this case, we'd recommend deleting all the Spotify folders on your device.

Once you've done it, please reinstall the app:

  1. Click File > Exit.
  2.  Press Start and then go to Control Panel.
  3. Select Programs, then Programs and Features.
  4. Select Spotify in the list and click uninstall.
  5. Download and install Spotify!

Let us know how it goes or if you have any questions. We'll be here for you.
