My Question or Issue
I'm trying to manage a family plan member. They are visible under the family plan but when I click on them nothing happens.

Could you give it another try accessing the Premium Family tab and let us know how it goes?
Make sure to clear your browser's cache and cookies memory if you're still having troubles.
If that doesn't do the trick, it'd be helpful if you could include a screenshot of how the page looks for you - just ensure that there's no private/sensitive info displayed.

Premium For Family
PC and Iphone 8
When i go to the premium family tab it just goes to the loading screen and never actually loads anything. Just 3 loading dots appear and they never go away so i can't even add anyone to my plan.

I'm having the same issue when trying to manage the account via Chrome on macOS, and safari/Chrome on my iPad, its not possible to manage/remove any members from my account

Tried it on Chrome, IE and Edge. Nothing seems to be working.
I have this same problem someone has hacked my account changed my address to a state on the other side of australia and added a member that I don't know. I have changed my password and kicked everyone off but I can't remove the person that was added unable to select let alone hit the remove button.
Some help would be great.
