I'm trying to manage a family plan member. They are visible under the family plan but when I click on them nothing happens.

When i go to the premium family tab it just goes to the loading screen and never actually loads anything.  Just 3 loading dots appear and they never go away so i can't even add anyone to my plan.

Here are some ways that might fix your issue:

• try to open the Premium Family page on a different device and browser
• re-start your wifi/internet router
• log out and back in with your Spotify account

I still can't load that screen.  Why will it not load? why is no one getting back  to me on this! i am about to cancel because i can't even share with my family.

I'm having the same issue when trying to manage the account via Chrome on macOS, and safari/Chrome on my iPad, its not possible to manage/remove any members from my account

Same problem here :(.

Tried it on Chrome, IE and Edge. Nothing seems to be working.

I have this same problem someone has hacked my account changed my address to a state on the other side of australia and added a member that I don't know. I have changed my password and kicked everyone off but I can't remove the person that was added unable to select let alone hit the remove button.

Some help would be great.

I've the same problem, I have to remove an account to add a new one but that page doesn't work properly

Same issue here. I can't remove a member from my plan to add a new member. When i click on the member I want to remove, nothing happens. Nothing happens when I click on other members either
