Can't find "<year> in Music" and "Your Top Songs <year>" from past years

Status: Not An Issue

When I saw the "Your Top Songs 2016" playlist appear in Spotify, that was the first time I heard of that feature, despite using Spotify since 2013. I also wanted to see what my top songs were in past years. I heard I could go to spotify.com/2015 to find the equivalent for 2015.

spotify.com/2015 redirects to the same page that spotify.com/2016 redirects to (https://open.spotify.com/view/2016-page). I tried visiting https://open.spotify.com/view/2015-page but got a 404 Not Found error page.

spotify.com/2014 redirects to https://www.spotify-yearinmusic.com/us, which gives me a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error.

spotify.com/2013 redirects to https://www.spotify.com/us/2013/, which serves a 404 Not Found error page.

Trying to find past years' pages leads me through a mess of redirects and errors. All I personally want to do is view the equivalent playlists to "Your Top Songs 2016" from previous years, but I'm using this post to report the deeper issue of an important set of features (all year-in-review pages and playlists) seemingly going missing.

Hey @jordanbakke! Thanks for coming to the community!

Unfortunately, those pages aren't available anymore. I'll pass your feedback on to the right folks. In the meanwhile, check out last.fm. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Have a nice day! 🙂

the feature was introduced in 2016 and i think it's not backward compatible... it would be amazing if it was...
