Can't get Premium using mobile service provider 'Globe' in PH

Hello, Spotify. I seem to have a problem in getting the Premium feature using my service provider here in PH. No matter how many times I put the code after I put my 9number, it tells me that I have insufficient phone credits even though I have sufficient credits to pay.

If you have a problem subscribing through your service provider, the best thing to do is get in contact with them. They should be able to provide the support for this problem.
