Can't log into my account on the app

I must've changed my password at least 5 times and STILL can't get into my account. It just comes up with a message saying "Username or Password Incorrect." I have tried logging in with facebook, used every variation of my email, username and password and continually get the same message. Any solutions?

Hi I can't log into my app on Samsung s8 today when yesterday was fine. Keep getting error regarding user name or password are incorrect. Reset it a couple of times but can log into account via internet. Tried the usual suggestions on the help menu but to no avail. Any further suggestions or is this wide spread and why is there no phone number to call?

I've seen plenty of posts on this but my problem has still not been solved. 

Just recently I have been logged out I'd my Spotify account and have been put to the log in screen. I enter my username and password and it logs me in but logs back out. I log back in entering the same as I did before but it says I have entered my username or password in incorrectly. 

I have reset my password and have entered it in 100% correctly but it still gives me the same response. 

I have got a version of Spotify which lets me play music without ads and without having to shuffle so I don't know if that is the problem or the actual logging in. I have an LG G2 and it has seen better days, so the actual phone may be a problem too. 

I'd really appreciate if someone can give me a solution to this problem soon. Thanks

UPDATES:

My Spotify apk is linked to Google Play so when I went to install the official version of Spotify, Google Play said I had already downloaded the app. (Seriously have no idea how this works)

I can login on other devices and online just nit my phone. So is it a problem with my phone or the app?

First, welcome to the Community! Next, can you login through another device and tell us if it works fine? (Another device like a computer, another mobile device, console etc.)

This can tell us whether it's a problem with your phone(app) or account!

I tried to recreate the problem on my android which runs 5.1.1 and it works fine for me. Can all of you also tell me what version of android you guys are running?

Hello!

I don't have a clue. Maybe the apk dev pushed an update that caused something to crash. Then again, maybe it won't let you login because your Spotify account detects that it's not the offical app.
