Can't log into my account on the app

I must've changed my password at least 5 times and STILL can't get into my account. It just comes up with a message saying "Username or Password Incorrect." I have tried logging in with facebook, used every variation of my email, username and password and continually get the same message. Any solutions?

Please can you uninstall the existing app on your device, and then download the latest official version from http://www.spotify.com/download
 
If that still doesn't work we'd recommend reaching out to Support, so that they can take a closer look backstage.

it works on my laptop but not on my phone ( the app ) please do something!!

fix problem reinstall the APP now it's work!

Same here. Reinstalled 4 times cleared cache even made a new account and still nothing. Sends me straight to the log in and new account screen. What is going on?

Hello, the truth is that the same thing has happened to me as to the other users. I have not been able to access my Spotify account on my mobile device. I can only enter my account on the computer. I had an APK version installed and for a long time this never happened. The bad thing is that the original version of Spotify does not have the same characteristics as the APK version, because in the APK version I can change the music at any time, put random mode, repeat a song and so on. And if I install the original version I will not be able to have all those functions which bothers me. This is something desperate, I would like this to be solved. Thank you.

Since yesterday I cant login on my phone. PC works fine but when I try to login with my phone it says "Unable to login. Either username or password is incorrect." But they are correct. I have an account with facebook it wont let me login through it either. I even tried creating a new account and it said it cant connect to the sign up servers or smth like that. Until yesterday evening I was using Spotify without problem on both PC and android. Pls Spotify help

It looks like some of you are still having issues logging in. Just to check, did you follow the steps we sent above (reinstalling the app through our website)? If so, can you send us a screenshot of the app's version you're currently using? That'd be super helpful.
