Can't play tracks on Windows 10

Description: Won't play tracks. Blue line flashing up stating won't play tracks. Rapidly flicks through all tracks but won't play. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Working fine on Android phone.

Same problem.  Blue line flashing and skipping tracks.  Will not play any track.  Windows 10 upgrade Build 10586.
