Can't save songs into Your Music

Status: Not An Issue

Device:

Windows, Linux and Android

Operating System Version:

Ubuntu 14.04, Windows 7, Android 5

Spotify Version:

Linux 1.0.16.104.g3b776c9e

Windows autoupdated latest, same on Android

Description:

Cannot add music to "Your music", and my old Starred playlist is full so can't listen to music the way I want to.

To reproduce:

  1. Add 10000 songs to Your Music.
  2. Try to save more
  3. UI shows songs as being saved, but on restart of client (or checking on another client) it shows as not save.

Workaround:

I _could_ have worked around this by using my old starred playlist, but that one is capped at 10000 songs aswell. And I REALLY want to just be able to play a random song from my big playlist, otherwise Spotify will not be able to fulfill my listening needs.

Additional information:

From the community I've gathered that you've added a real stupid cap of 10000 songs for playlists. This needs to be changed or I'll have to change from spotify to some other client.

Hello @arete,

I am marking this as "Not an issue".

As you already noticed there is cap of 10 000 songs.
