Can't update playlist cover or profile picture

We're getting reports from users who are unable to update their playlist cover or profile picture. Some are getting an error that their changes couldn't be saved and to try again.

My Question or Issue

When I try to change the image of my playlist, it shows Failed to upload image. Please try again. I resetted the app, and the problem still persists.

I can't change my playlist covers. The issue is persistent on both my iPhone and my Macbook. I did a "hard reinstall" of Spotify on my Macbook, didn't work. I also tried a different internet connection, didn't work. I tried multiple different pictures, even Spotify's native "create a cover image" feature, none of them worked. Not sure what the issue could be.

My Question or Issue

I can’t seem to save my playlist or profile when I try to change the photo. It works when it’s only the playlist title, but when it’s the photo i’m changing it doesn’t save. it’s says “couldn’t save changes” and when I try again and again and again it wouldn’t work. I already cleared the app’s cache and logged out and logged in again.

My Question or Issue

This problem just started for me tonight. I wanted to add a new photo to a new playlist (one that, so far, only had 1 song in it), but when I tried to add a photo from my gallery, I got a notification saying "Image Upload Failed". I've tried using other photos, restarting my phone, logging in and out of my account, using a whole other device (a tablet), and clearing out the cache of my account. So far, nothing works. This isn't eliminating the possibility of something like changing the cover on a web player working, but with the way things are going, I doubt that will work, either. I even tried changing the covers of other playlists I already had to see if this wasn't just a problem for this one playlist, and from what I can tell, this issue is now somehow affecting my whole account. Does anyone know how to fix this? This is getting really frustrating. I've looked for answers, but I can't find a definitive solution anywhere. Am I just stuck with this from here on?

Yeah, I just came to the forum a few minutes ago because I'm having this exact same problem. I was so surprised to see the influx of posts about this same thing. Is this a userbase-wide problem? Some maintenance glitch?
