My Question or Issue

The Web Player is not working and when I go on it, it shows a button saying play on spotify but when I click it it pops up on the same page.

Hey there folks!

Thanks for keeping us in the loop.

For those of you still not being able to view any of the menus or control the volume when you open the web player on your Chromebook, it'd be great if you could let us know the exact version of the Chrome OS you're running and if possible share a screenshot of the page that shows up when you try to use the web player.

Once we have those details, we'll pass them on to our tech teams to have another look!

Keep in mind that if you're having a different issue, you should create a new thread in the relevant help board here.

We'll be on the lookout for all of your replies!

How should I send you the information? Via email or comment here? Please tell me!

Hi @sport2004,

Thanks for your prompt reply. You can leave a comment with the relevant info here in this thread 🙂

If you're going to attach a screenshot, make sure any sensitive/private information is hidden.

No, this is NOT FIXED. The web player is still broken, and it's not just Chrome OS. Why are we wasting our time posting comments here, if you won't even read them?
