Can we please stop moving backwards?

Just wanted to get this post up before I need to reinstall Windows 98. Why do you guys keep removing features?! First you **bleep** the social aspect by only showing the last song a user listened to instead of the stream of music currently being listened to. Then you remove the star option. I also recall the ability to listen to music on your hard drive being **bleep**ed for a while. Now you completely remove messaging, as well as deleting old messages threads, and the roku app doesn't have playlists!
Am I going to be expected to open spotify in DOS soon?

Hey @Dsconce1! Welcome to the Spotify Community!

Looks like you're having multiple issues. You can read more about the removal of inbox and messages here. I'm not sure what you mean by star option, but the option to like a song when listening to Radio is still there. You can download music by switching the download switch on. Playlists on Roku were removed due various technical challenges. If you have any questions, just reach out! Also, if you have any feedback or ideas for Spotify, you can post them here.

Have a great day, and take care.

Well roku playlists worked just fine until about a month ago so maybe so I don't understand that. As far as the start option maybe that was before your time. See back when I first downloaded spotify there was a start icon next to every track and when you clicked it out added the song to your stared Playlist I actually still have the Playlist but the support for it was removed. Much like the roku playlists actually.

Also having read the explanation on messages, naybe move one of those guys to figuring out the ultra complicated Playlist issue on roku. Or maybe look back at someone's notes from a few years ago because they had it working.
