Canceled my subscription 3 months ago and you guys charged my account 4 times on a negative balance.

Status: Not An Issue

I got charged multiple times when i cancled my membership then right after cancling it once again i get charged again on my card, making me pay 40 dollar fee for each time you pulled money, i either want free membership or a refund cause i'm tired of paying these fines. Same thing is sort of happening to me. I cancelled months ago and my status says in not on premium yet spotify charge my phone bill £9.99 every month still! I cant seem so get out of it. I'm going round in circles. I don't even have the app anymore!!!
