I have been trying to get this issue solved for 3 weeks to no avail.
My Artist Insights is connected to the wrong artist and I need it changed but Artist Insights has been silent. I have contacted them via form twice and insightsupport e-mail.
The only contact I received was a "How did we do e-mail". They didn't do anything so why am I receiving this. I have been trying to add the correct band for 3 weeks and all I get is: "You'll reveive an e-mail if it is approved". Well it's my darn music.
Is there anyway that anyone that I will be guaranteed a response? This is getting quite ridiculous. I have lost follows since I had my distributor create a new page for me.
