My Question or Issue

I cannot access/manage Premium Family details.

This started with my daughter not being able to use Spotify Kids this morning after the Jun 1 update. Just a get a "something went wrong, try again" message. Stared spotify and got her some music then began to investigate.

Installed spotify kids on my own iPad and could not log in with my credentials - "must be a Premium account owner to login".

Logged on to www.spotify.com, account details, click on Family Premium and just get the blinking ellipsis and no details come up.

This is not an app issue (though there may ALSO be an issue with Spotify Kids).

This is not a password issue.

Hey folks,

Thanks for reporting this to us.

We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed for everyone!

If you’re still experiencing this issue, can you make a new thread in the relevant board? We'll get back to you there.

Thanks!

I have the same issue.

I have just switched from premium to premium family, and none of the family related pages are loading. The page shows a spinner.

It appears that something is wrong with the family "home" page as it is generating 500 errors while trying to load it - https://www.spotify.com/uk/home-hub/api/v1/family/home/

I am having the same problem. I tried chatting with spotify help with no luck.  I suggest offering a phone contact in the future. I was on there for well over 30 minutes with minimum help.

I'm having the exact same issue. I'm in Canada. I have also tried every browser, private/incognito browsing, mobile, app... EVERYTHING. I've been researching this issue for over an hour and it seems that it's an ongoing problem with Spotify and their only "solution" is to try incognito or the app. There seems to be no direct way to get in contact with anyone to solve this issue, either.

$14.99/month may not seem like a lot to you, Spotify, but it is to us. Please resolve this issue once and for all. I would like someone to reach out to me directly and fix this problem.

 Thank you.

I'm also having this issue

  • I am the administrator for the account.
  • I have tried on Chrome, and Firefox on desktop (both normal and incognito)
  • I have tried on mobile using Chrome (also incognito)
  • I have tried using my work network
  • I have tried using mobile data
  • I have tried whilst connected to a VPN to my home network

Nothing fixes this!

Hello, I am having the exact same three-dot loading issue also. I have tried a private window, over several different devices. I set-up the premium a week ago and this problem has still not resolved itself.
