Cannot manage premium account details

My Question or Issue

I cannot access/manage Premium Family details. 

This started with my daughter not being able to use Spotify Kids this morning after the Jun 1 update. Just a get a "something went wrong, try again" message. Stared spotify and got her some music then began to investigate.

Installed spotify kids on my own iPad and could not log in with my credentials - "must be a Premium account owner to login".

Logged on to www.spotify.com, account details, click on Family Premium and just get the blinking ellipsis and no details come up. 

 

This is not an app issue (though there may ALSO be an issue with Spotify Kids).

This is not a password issue.

What a waste of time and money this is. What am I paying for when the **bleep** thing doesn't even work. Hour I wasted wanting to set up accounts for the kids.

My Question or Issue

Can’t get past the three dots to manage family members and when I try log into Spotify kids it says I must be a family plan owner to manage kids accounts. 

I have tried restarting phone, using wifi and mobile data, reinstalling, different browsers, incognito, and different device.
