Cant play music offline

Can't play anything offline,I have to download my intier playlist nearly everytime.this is using up nearly all my data allowance which is not Fair

Can you let us know what device/operating system and Spotify version you're currently using?

Hey @Mcnamara171001, are you still experiencing the same issue with your offline music?

If so, could you let us know the following info:

- The version of Spotify you've got installed and the operating system of your device.

- Do you have any cache-clearing apps on your device?

- Did it happen after your phone restarted/battery died?
- Do you have more than 3 offline devices?
- Have you been offline for 30+ days?

If we've not heard back from you in around 24 hours, we'll be getting this thread closed up.
