Cant skip, choose new song, or play anything other than the playlist im currently in.

I can't skip songs on mobile or choose a new song or even switch playlists or to radio. When I attempt to do so spotify just restarts the current song. When the current song finishes it will just repeat itself even though single repeat isn't on. I've tried a fresh install and restarting my phone.
