Car bluetooth won't show on Spotify available devices list

I've been listening to Spotify through my car bluetooth for some time now and all of the sudden it stopped working, my car is connected but Spotify won't connect to my car.

When I go to the available devices on the app it only shows my phone.

I know for sure that my car bluetooth is working properly as I'm still able to use my phone through it just not Spotify.

Any advise?

By the way, my car system is BLUE & ME (Fiat) and my phone iPhone 7

Can you let us know which Spotify version you're currently using? Also, when did this started happening exactly? We'll see what we can suggest.

I'm using version 6.8.0.3786 and I believe this started happening after updating to this version, I'm not sure though.

In this case, could you give it a try using a different device (a tablet, a different phone) and check if the issue persists?
