CarPlay iOS now playing

Hi

’Now Playing’ no longer works when using CarPlay. The button is there but it just puts me back to the menu before. Only seems to have happened recently. Something wrong with the update?

How long has this been happening for? Did you update your iOS, Spotify, or infotainment system? Also, what troubleshooting have you tried so far?
