Been forced to start using new UI, however, it will not playback any audio despite doing a number of fixes posted on here, including:
Adding Spotify to plugins exceptions
I am a premium user and have loved this service but if I can't use it then I'll have to cancel.
Downloading desktop app is not an option.

Just to check:- What's your device, and operating system?- Does the same thing happen in an incognito window?- Are you able to test out using another browser to see if this helps?
- Do you get any error messages?- Are you using speakers/headphones?If you've not already, we'd also recommend force-quitting your browser, and restarting your whole device too.Keep us in the loop.
