Connect with Facebook

A few months ago I was using a different Spotify account, with another email, and then I connected this account with the Facebook.
After that I changed my email e created a new Spotify account, and I can't connect this one with the Facebook.
Please, how do I do that?

If you want to link your current Spotify account with your Facebook profile, you'll need to close your old account.
