We have been trying to close our account permantely but there is NO contact form.  We have followed the steps but it keeps going around in circles!  We have tried links that other people have put up but its the same, you get nowhere and its fustrating.  Its not a facebook account and we haven't subscribed so its just the free music, but we dont want it anymore, so how hard is it to cancel something that we do not want!!  Any help would be appreciated.

You can contact support on twitter @SpotifyCares Or you can email Support by following these steps:

1. Go to  this Link
2. Select "Account"
3. Select "I want to close my Spotify account permanently"
4. Click on the button that says "I Still Need Help"
5. Fill in the info then click "Send Question"

If you receive a No-Reply email that says to check out the FAQ or Community just reply to that email and Spotify support will contact you 🙂

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and i will escalate the issue for you 🙂
