Continous error on account

Status: Closed

I've been having an issue the past three months.  If I start a playlist/album/song, the selection will repeatedly start over as if it were "skipping." If I start an album or playlists on track 4, it will go back to track 1 and start skipping. I can't seem to find any pattern to when it occurs. Doesn't seem to matter if the track is on or offline or if my account is open on multiple devices. I have premium account and use spotify on a home Mac, a work Mac, and an Android phone.

 

Has anyone encountered this issue? Please advise. I can't justify paying for premium if it only works 50 percent of the time.

That's very odd. So just to confirm, this happens across all of your devices? Also, just to be sure, could you remove all apps that you do not recognize from this page, change your passwords and sign out everywhere here? Let me know how you get on! 🙂
