Cromebook wont play

so for school I use an Asus Cromebook and when I'm at school connected to their wifi it works just fine and everything plays good but when I'm home connected to my wifif it just has a black screen and wont load? I have a phone but its just easier to listen on my cromebook while doing my school work. I can go on the regual spotify website but ithe screen will turn black when i go on the web player, how do I fix this? /:

That's not cool! Could you try to restart your router/modem? Also, could you try to clear your cache and cookies? Let me know how you get on! 🙂
