Daily mix disappeared after Premium upgrade

My Question or Issue

I signed up to Spotify as a free user at first and after choosing my preferred artists I got Daily Mixes appearing on my home screen. After few listens I upgraded to Premium and after upgrade the Daily Mixes suddenly disappeared. This happened from February 27 and still now I have not seen the Daily Mix feature. 


The issue is occurring on all devices and platforms along with my Android phone, like my Windows 10 Spotify desktop app, and the Spotify Web Player. 


I have come to like Spotify for it's awesome features so any help about this is very much appreciated.

We're not able to provide an exact timeline for a fix, but we'd recommend always keeping your Spotify app up to date to ensure you're on the latest version.

Device: motoG 5s plus


Daily mix playlists were available when I was a free subscriber. Ever since I've updated my payment details and started premium trial, daily mix playlists have become unavailable. I tried reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, clearing the cache, and logging out and logging in again but have been unable to get it to work


Anyone has any idea on fixing this issue

Thanks for reaching out to the community!


Did you know that it can take upto two weeks before new users see the feature? 

Since you've been using Spotify for a while, I suggest you give it upto 48 hours after you've paid for premium for it to show up.

Actually it's been a week now. I just checked desktop app as well, they're
not present there either

Why don't you try logging out, then reboot your phone and log back in?

Nope, just tried - didn't work
