Deleting music does not clear space

I needed to free space on my phone so I deleted (un-downloaded) a few albums, after finding out that my free space was not increased at all, I closed the app, restarted my phone, and cleared the trash bin, nothing worked.

When I re-entered Spotify I got a message saying that I had exceeded the maximum available devices for download (which is not possible, I only own a phone and a computer, those are the devices available in my account) and it deleted ALL my music. 

I now have NO MUSIC AVAILABLE, AND IT STILL NO FREE SPACE.

Hey @IanBaruk, welcome to the Spotify Community! 

 

We'd recommend going here and delete all the devices. As soon as you do it, the best option is to reinstall the app by following the steps at https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/.
