[Desktop][Browse] turn off digster ad autoplay

Hello,

I am paying for a Premium account to not have an advertisements in Spotify. But when I hit Browse button, there is a huge DIGSTER banner with embeded video thats always starts to autoplay. Even when I have my music playing.

How could You even think about advert like that?

Please, remove the video or atleast prohibid it from autoplaying.

THIS (autoplay of digster ad) is thing which drives me to looking for Spotify alternative.

In top right corner, there seems to be a button "hide". lets see for how long it stays hidden.

Hello,

   it happens only with Digster. I didnt notice any other ads containing video. I used the "hide advertisement" button to hide it and will hope it stays that way. So it is resolved for me for now. Only to add that the hide button is visible only in fullscreen mode.

this is the First time I saw AD with video/sound. And I hope it will remain the last of this kind.

The "hide advertisement" button worked but only for one System. When I went home from work I had to disable the AD again. And it took me a Time to find it the Function in the first Place.

My Argument stays, I pay Premium for a reason, no ADs.

Also in-house or partner Products/Features should not be sold as AD. I want get information about those but not in form of Spam E-mails or AD banners.
You have a notification system use it. Also would be nice to have within the Spotfy App a list of all Products/Featurs which spotify supports.
Years ago you could have those Apps and you had a App store. I would like to see this coming back.

I dont like it that you turn this into a "Not an Issue" thing.

You have multiple people complaining that this is an "No go!" for them. And you tag this issue as "Not an Issue".

And why it takes 2 weeks for you guys to even create a internal Feedback ticket? Here are multiple people explaining you why, they dont want this "AD"/Banner in there Premium Spotify.

Also I would like to know which kind of Internal feedback you passed to the Dev./Managing Team.
Atleast for me, it is important that this is not happening again. No more "ADs"/Banner with autoplay.

Dear Spotify,

How is this "not an issue"? This, combined with the not-so-easy-to-disable Start with Windows function is probably the most annoying thing I've seen lately. Please, consider removing this feature, or at least make it to use the volume set in the app.
