[Desktop] Lyrics not working

My Question or Issue

Until yesterday the lyrics of my desktop Spotify were working. Now all the time i click the little microphone symbol it says that musixmatch doesn't have the lyric of the song. This is happening with every song.

Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. If you're still having trouble, let us know in the relevant help board here and we'll have another look.

 

Note: Keep in mind that right now lyrics are only available in a few select countries and regions. If you'd like to see this feature come to more countries, you can consider adding your vote to this idea.

Same thing is happening here (also from Brazil). Since the last update (which I got today), the app keeps saying it doesnt have the lyrics.

What is weird is that on my phone it shows lyrics just fine. If I run spotify on my browser, there are lyrics there as well. The problem is just on the windows app.


I already tried a clean reinstall. Tried logging in again a couple times.... No luck with these.

Same in Taiwan but it works properly with my Android phone.

1: Re-installing
2:Login-Logout

but it's weird when i try  spotify web player, the lyric show up like this screenshot below, the yellow background is web player and faded brown background is the desktop app

Can you please confirm that you've followed the steps for a clean reinstall and downloaded the app from the Microsoft Store?

 

If Lyrics still don't show up, please mention your exact Spotify version running on your device.

yaa... mine too, I don't know what happened. On dekstop, the lyrics do not appear, instead the writing appears as above. But on browser, lyrics appear

thanks for replying, i do all the solution, deleting every spotify folder on my pc and reinstall it, but it come with the same result, the lyric still missing
my spotify version is 1.1.54.592.gc0b20638 (Microsoft Store version)
