[Desktop] [MacOS] Unable to scroll with arrow keys & scroll bar missing from side bar

Hello, 

 

I am having an issue with Spotify where none of the scroll functions are working. For example, if you take a look at the attached screenshot, I cannot scrool down to see the "Popular" tracks or anything below it. I can click on the "Overview," "Related Artist" etc. buttons and they respond normally. I tried restarting the ap, restarting the computer, deleting Spotify and re-downloading it. None of these moves have solved the problems. I am using Mac OX El Capitan. Any ideas?

We're just checking in to confirm we've let our tech team know, and they're investigating this.
We don't have an exact timeline for a fix, but we'd recommend keeping an eye out for updates to the app.

Same problem here after doing update last week. I reinstalled and still the same issue.

I have the same problem and no clue how to fix this yet.

When I press on the downward arrow key, the Spotify window does not scroll down like it used to. However, if press play on a song and then press the downward arrow key it will scroll down one song at a time. This recent glitch only makes a few songs visable/accessible on an artist's page and it makes playlists and charts on the "browse" section inaccessible as well. Even scrolling down one song at a time on an artist's page doesn't fully work as it will scroll down for about 10 songs and then start scrolling back up to the top of the page. I would really appreciate some help because this has been happening for a couple of days and makes Spotify unusable for me if I can't access my songs.

I'm not able to scroll down any of the menu items, Browse, Recently Played, etc.. 

The only ones that work are when I used a playlist or Songs.  

I have a MacBook Air with the most recent El Captian.

I also can’t scroll down at all as of the last week! Very annoying!
