Thread: 364532

Status: Resolved

Description:

Since update 0.9.0 the cache location resets every time you exit the app.
This has two side effects:
Any content you had downloaded before 0.9.0 is gone
Any users with a small primary hard disk are unable to download tracks

Additional information:

You can now download the latest version from spotify.com; this will resolve this bug.

We have started rolling out version 0.9.0.129 to users and can confirm this bug is resolved.

If you don't have this latest version yet, do not worry. It will reach everyone soon.

Pro tip: log out and in of the Spotify app around the time of a new release; sometimes this triggers an update.

Having the same issue; between this, the devices resetting, and the removal of ctrl+f on some pages I'm more than ready to cancel my Premium if this isn't fixed soon.

When will this be fixed? Still no answer. How can we get support from spotify? Is there any support for paying members?

Same Problem for a while now. I will be ending my premium membership till this is fixed. As someone already said, paying for the free version.

If you want an optimistic view, the Android version still functions... Hopefully we get the Windows version back on "track" 😉

Finally the issue was fixed by an update.
